Orders shipped via standard delivery arrive 1 - 7 business days from the ship date, excluding holidays but times will vary depending on the destination zip code.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
When a carrier returns a package as undeliverable, the package will be sent to the damaged goods area and/or donated. Carriers typically attempt delivery twice before marking a package as “undeliverable.”


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
For Global-e shipping destinations, international shipping costs are calculated based on the items purchased and your shipping destination and will be determined during the Global-e checkout. For other international shipping destinations, international shipping is calculated by Marias Bag.

International taxes, duties and customs fees

How much duty and taxes will be charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Global-e supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country. If you wish to pre-pay duties and taxes, select the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option at checkout and will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Global-e international checkout page.

Will there be any additional costs due when my order is delivered?

Not if you pre-pay duties and taxes, by selecting the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option at checkout. In that case, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your chosen currency and no additional costs will be due upon delivery. However, if you do not select the DDP option, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
